The redevelopment of the King Emmanuel Baptist Church and several adjacent parcels will create 70,000 sq ft. of long-term and short-term transitional housing to serve the district’s population who need affordable housing. The development will create 125 new units serving families and returning citizens. It will also provide community support services and access to healthly food grown onsite.
